Just my 2 cents worth.
Hopefully things don't turn out ugly.

My good friends D&M apparently got into some disputes with some other people. Over some "business" issues and things somehow turned ugly and it involved some friendship issue.

There goes....

1. If you are going to rent out your car, there'll definately be some liabilities that you need to be prepared for, any defects should be settled there and then. Not 1-2 days later. I do not know what your car went through from I returned car till you called. Who will pay for the defect announced 1 day after returning the car he/she rented?

2. If you do not ask money from sharing drinks with someone else on the spot or rather directly from the person but you go and tell other people that he/she buy drinks don't pay you back. Should you not blame yourself for not asking for it? What's the point of talking behind someone's back when it won't bring your money back to you? Afterall it's money you want. When asking for the drinks money, do take into consideration you guys shared cab and you haven't paid.

3. Smuggling ciggies is NOT risk-free. You want cheap stuffs, you take some risk. It's good enough the smuggler got caught yet he offered to pay back the sum he collected. When is he going to return, the middleman cannot control. The middleman bought the cigs too, also haven't gotten money back. You're not the only victim. Empathise.

4. Last minute put aeroplane to friend is not an action of being gian peng. It does not make somebody full by putting someone aeroplane. You who made this claim, you are such an unworthy friend, you should know Mr D of D&M have been a good friend to you, in your friendship who took more advantage of who, we know. Do not claim to be a victim when you are at advantage. Good friends do not brood on small little things like this.

If all of you feel that you are "victimised" by D&M then take legal actions or whatever. Do not threat to go here and there to do this and that. Always put yourself in the other parties' shoes before you go around talking bad about people or rather making allegations.
